MP8006 is a pure graphite packing with the external jacked braided from pure expanded graphite encapsulated inconel wired twisted yarn is further enhanced by applying an inhibitor and a blocking agent thus avoiding all contact between the reinforced inner core and the valve stem, elevating the possibility of stem scoring.
Applications where MP8006 excels are the pulp and paper industry, power stations, refineries, petrochemical and steam generation plants.
Its services include steam valves, expansion joints and high temperature groove packing, hot air and super heated water.
Graphite Packings are inert to most chemicals and have low frictional coefficients as well as being capable of being used in both cryogenic and high temperature applications.
