Polyethylene Sponge Foam is a premium grade closed cell sponge foam sheet. It is a closed-cell plastic foam made from expanded polyethylene known for its lightweight, flexible and shock-absorbing properties.
Its closed-cell structure provides excellent water resistance, thermal insulation and chemical protection, making it ideal for applications like protective packaging and vibration dampening.
Polyethylene Sponge Foam is extremely tough yet economical and is suitable for applications which require sealing under heavy load and impact.
This material is UV stable, resistant to ozone effects and weathering and is suitable for limited cycles of compression. Its closed cell structure makes it resistant to water, chemicals, solvents & grease. In addition it is impervious to mildew, mould, rot and bacteria.
