Nitrile Premium Insertion rubber is a premium grade synthetic rubber made from 100% Nitrile polymer and reinforced with a nylon monofilament fabric for superior tear strength and dimensional ability.
The specially designed Nylon Monofilament fabric reinforcement will not allow fluid penetration.
Industrial Gaskets premium Nitrile Insertion Rubber elastomer is suitable for sealing against Oil, Diesel, Petrol, Gasoline and LPG. It ages moderately well and has good adhesion to metal It also has good mechanical properties, like traction, compression and impermeability to gases.
This elastomer has good resistance to inorganic chemical products with the exception of antioxidant agents and chlorine. It has satisfactory resistance to hydrocarbons and limited resistance to aromatics.
