Tesnit® BA-Soft gasket material sheet has been specially developed for demanding applications where only low bolt loads are permissible and flange irregularities need to be compensated.
It offers a high compressibility and an increased recovery in addition to improved mechanical and thermal performances. It can be used for sealing mineral oils, fuels, lubricants, refrigerants, steam, air and many other media.
Tesnit® BA-Soft exhibits high compressibility, approximately four times greater than standard fiber-based materials, enhancing adaptability to flanged surfaces. It maintains a tight seal even with reduced surface pressure, minimizing the risk of leakage and ensuring reliable operation.
The material demonstrates superior performance in terms of thermo-mechanical stability, maintaining structural integrity under varying temperatures and loads.
