Doniflon® 2030 is a structurally enhanced PTFE gasket sheet filled with barium sulfate. It has outstanding chemical resistance to various media, same as Doniflon® 900E
Especially recommended for strong alkaline solutions under moderate temperatures and hydrofluoric acid (up to 48%). This material has enhanced creep performance compared to plain PTFE material. It is the ideal gasket material for equipment where higher bolt loads are required.
Donit Doniflon 2030 has a superior chemical resistance to nearly all media especially for strong alkalis. Not suitable for molten alkali metals and fluorine compounds.
